Possible Fix
MyVeeva user is not receiving email notifications.
The emails may be going to a different email address or inbox.
The participant may have accidentally marked a study email as spam. To protect the study's email reputation, the system automatically suppresses further emails to that address.
Check the email address they signed up with, and verify that they searched all folders.
Check in with the user more regularly to encourage them to complete surveys.
