If a document is reclassified to a new type, previous versions with the old, now incorrect, lifecycle will be excluded from the archive. The requesting administrator will receive a notification which includes a list of the affected documents.
If the affected documents do not need to be in the archive, there are no additional steps. If the affected documents should be included in the archive, follow the instructions on this page.
To ensure all versions are archived correctly:
- The earlier versions must be re-uploaded with the new, correct document type.
- Following that, the more current versions must be re-uploaded in their proper sequence.
- The study must be rearchived.
For assistance with this process, please follow the detailed steps on this page or contact Site Support for help.
