Site Success Team

The Veeva Site Success team includes former clinical research professionals who understand clinical research and technology. We can help you identify your challenges and empower you to make the most of Veeva SiteVault at your site. The team can help you to answer questions such as:

  • What’s the best way to set up SiteVault based on our operational needs?
  • How can I get approval from organizational leadership, IRBs, or sponsors to use SiteVault?
  • What training and resources are available?
  • How do I talk to sponsors about using SiteVault for all my studies?
  • How can I share my product feedback?

Samantha Platt
Samantha Platt

Samantha leads the Veeva Site Success and Service teams, focusing on customer onboarding and adoption. As a former consultant and clinical research coordinator, she understands site challenges and how to remove bottlenecks and relieve overwhelmed staff with better systems and processes.

Dakota Archdekin
Dakota Archdekin

Dakota has worked in clinical research for seven years, with a primary focus on document management and clinical study management. Dakota ensures that enterprise customers are prepared to effectively use SiteVault, Dakota strives for clear communication and guidance between all levels of the study team.

Dylan Berger
Dylan Berger, MPH

Dylan supports sites during their adoption and use of SiteVault Enterprise. Prior to Veeva, Dylan worked in federal healthcare consulting, which taught him the importance of top-down/bottom-up support to ensure that systemic change is implemented and sustained. He also previously worked in study-start up at an academic medical center.

Clara Dux
Clara Dux

Clara partners with research sites to help them navigate change and enable their long-term success with SiteVault. Clara has over six years of experience working in research site operations. She strives to foster relationships to provide best-in-class technology to sites.

Shahreen Elahi
Shahreen Elahi

Shahreen partners with sites using SiteVault to improve their processes. Prior to Veeva, Shahreen was a clinical researcher at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA). Shahreen believes that technology is critical to reducing administrative burden and optimizing site operations.

Grace Newville
Grace Newville

Grace partners with sites to gather feedback, share best practices, and expedite business processes. As a former clinical research coordinator, Grace has a first hand understanding of how technology can improve clinical research operations.

Nicole Weisner
Nicole Weisner

Nicole creates and manages SiteVault training materials for new and current customers. She began her career at a contract research organization, where she gained an appreciation for the fast-paced environment and complex responsibilities of sites. Nicole understands the benefit of technology in research and is passionate about supporting sites through their SiteVault journey.

Savannah Erickson
Savannah Erickson

Savannah supports the implementation and adoption of SiteVault Enterprise. Prior to Veeva, Savannah worked as a research coordinator in the Atlanta area. From this experience, Savannah strives to make sites more efficient through SiteVault.

Cassandra Seidor
Cassandra Seidor

Casey guides customers through SiteVault Enterprise implementations, integrations and migrations. After a decade of leading site-based clinical trials, she is passionate about process development and fixing bottlenecks created by ineffective systems with the ultimate goal of helping research sites operate more efficiently.
