Create Studies Faster With Setup Assistant

Setup Assistant

The release introduces the Setup Assistant, a quick way to get started with SiteVault. Site Administrator (formerly known as Regulatory) users can use the assistant to create SiteVault users, upload their profile documents, and grant them access to studies in a single workflow.

Schedule Study Access for External Users

You can now schedule access to a study for external users. Simply specify a start and end date for the user in the Monitor & Auditor Assignments section of the study record, and SiteVault automatically grants and removes access for the user on the scheduled dates.

Digital Delegation

This release includes the following enhancements to the Digital Delegation feature:

  • You now receive email notifications for pending and completed digital delegation tasks, for example, when delegations are ready for principal investigator (PI) approval and when the PI approves.
  • You can now reinitiate study staff acceptance of delegations before PI approval. This enables you to update a study team member’s delegations after they’ve accepted but before the PI has approved if needed. See the help for Sending Accepted Study Delegations for PI Approval for more information.

Veeva eConsent

With this release, you can send eConsent forms to participants when in the Randomized state. See the Consenting Participants page for more information on sending eConsent forms.
