Administrators can resend a VeevaID registration email to users who have an account, but have not yet logged into SiteVault.
Complete the following steps to resend a VeevaID registration email:
- Access Administration > Staff or Monitors & External Users.
- Select the record to update.
- Select View Staff Details.
- Select the Actions menu (…).
- Select Resend VeevaID Registration from the All Actions menu. A banner message confirms that the action is complete.
