MyVeeva for Patients Fixed Issues in 22R3

The issues below that affected previous versions or the pre-release are now fixed in this general release. See the MyVeeva for Patients Known Issues page for additional issues that staff and MyVeeva users may encounter.

eConsent - ClinOps Integration Sponsor Staff When sponsor staff upversion a Microsoft Word-based eConsent form without opening it in the editor, the form's Question Name form responses in Clinical Vault now display the correct sponsor-defined values. Previously, documents with missing eForm renditions didn't retain the sponsor-defined question names. MYVC-9877
eConsent - Editor Site Staff, Sponsor Staff When sponsor or site staff add an image to an eConsent form in the editor, export the form as a .DOCX file, and re-import the form to the editor, the image now retains its original size. MYVC-9331
eConsent - Editor Site Staff, Sponsor Staff When site or sponsor staff import a Microsoft Word file containing a right-aligned image, text near the image now wraps as expected in the eConsent editor. MYVC-9567
eConsent - Editor Site Staff, Sponsor Staff When site and sponsor staff align media to the left or right of text in the Veeva eConsent editor and then export the eConsent form as a .DOCX file, the media’s alignment is now retained in the export. Previously, the text unexpectedly moved above and below the media. MYVC-4246
eConsent - MyVeeva Users MyVeeva Users, Site Staff, Sponsor Staff When site staff, sponsor staff, or MyVeeva users download a .PDF of a consent form containing videos in multiple sections, the file now contains thumbnail images for the videos. Previously, the videos didn't have thumbnail images. MYVC-2470
eConsent - Viewer MyVeeva Users When a MyVeeva user uses the iOS app to view an eConsent form that has a video, the video now has a thumbnail image. Previously, videos didn't have thumbnail images. MYVC-6510
ePRO - ClinOps Integration MyVeeva Users, Site Staff, Sponsor Staff When an ePRO collection with an as-needed survey schedule is upversioned while a participant has started but not submitted the survey, the participant no longer sees two tasks for the same survey after the upversion. MYVC-8834
ePRO - Module Sponsor Staff When sponsor staff choose to save a new survey to the library and then delete that survey prior to approving an ePRO collection, the survey is now removed from the library. Previously, after approving the ePRO Collection, the survey would appear in the library. MYVC-11095
ePRO - MyVeeva Users Site Staff, Sponsor Staff When site staff send an eConsent form to a MyVeeva user without an email address in SiteVault, update their email, and enable them with ePRO, the MyVeeva user now receives an ePRO welcome email as expected. Previously, if site staff updated a MyVeeva user's email and enabled them with ePRO after sending them an eConsent form, the user didn't receive an ePRO welcome email. MYVC-9488
ePRO - MyVeeva Users MyVeeva Users When a MyVeeva user completes a survey with a number scale question on the web app, the browser no longer displays a horizontal scroll bar. MYVC-9474
ePRO - Reporting Sponsor Staff Adherence Data exports now include a Database Entry Datetime (UTC) column for sponsor users. MYVC-9448
ePRO - SiteVault Integration Site Staff When site staff export Survey, Adherence, or Audit Trail data before any data exists for the study, they now receive a success notification with a link to the blank export. Previously, the export failed and the user didn't receive a notification. MYVC-7980
Platform - Notifications MyVeeva Users Images in MyVeeva email notifications no longer appear to be clickable while hovering over them in the web app. MYVC-7964
