MyVeeva for Patients Known Issues

The known issues below affect MyVeeva for Patients, Veeva eConsent, and Veeva ePRO regardless of the current Vault release. Known issues are included for MyVeeva for Patients to assist sites and sponsors with troubleshooting issues.

We also recommend that you use a desktop browser for the eConsent editor and MyVeeva Studio, and you’ll have the best experience in Google Chrome™, Microsoft Edge®, or Mozilla® Firefox®. Using Microsoft® Internet Explorer™ 11 is not recommended, and you may encounter additional cosmetic issues that aren’t listed below if you do.

See the MyVeeva for Patients Maintenance Releases page for a list of releases that fix issues affecting customers and users in production environments.

Components Affected User Description Workaround Planned Fix Issue

Users should edit the eConsent form template in the eConsent editor and check in the version they intend to approve to Vault prior to sending it to MyVeeva users. To be determined MYVC-9258
ePRO - Module Sponsor Staff Sponsor users can't perform UAT more than once on the same sandbox SiteVault study for the same ePRO collection version. Sponsor users must create a new study in their sandbox SiteVault environment each time they perform UAT. To be determined MYVC-12796

Make an inconsequential change to a study-specific survey, for example, add a description to the survey JSON. To be determined MYVC-17622
ePRO - SiteVault Integration MyVeeva Users Removed surveys may still be displayed when their initial event is triggered and the following conditions are met: 1. A study's sandbox is in a different region than the region where the study is authorized. and 2. A sponsor staff member removes surveys from an assigned event that has already been assigned to participants in ePRO, moves the surveys to a new event, and initiates a new UAT cycle. Ensure that UAT is performed in the same region where the study was authored. To be determined MYVC-16387
General UI Site Staff, Sponsor Staff When an upversion (Upversion A) isn't approved by a site and then is superseded by another version (Upversion B) that doesn't affect the collection document, Upversion B is automatically approved and unapproved changes are displayed. To be determined MYVC-18267

This could result in the user stating that they are missing tasks they believe should be available. Direct the user to log into both https://patients-eu.myveeva.com and https://patients-us.myveeva.com and view the To Dos. Whichever one shows their To Dos is the link they should use moving forward.
