MyVeeva for Patients 21R3 Maintenance Releases

Maintenance releases fix issues that affect customers in production environments. We typically document the release at least twenty-four hours before the deployment. This list documents only fixes to general releases, and the list of fixed issues is not finalized until just before the deployment.

The issues below are now fixed. See the MyVeeva for Patients Known Issues page for additional issues that staff and MyVeeva users may encounter.

Platform - User Profile MyVeeva Users MyVeeva users can now confirm changes to their email address while logged in to MyVeeva for Patients. Previously, users needed to log out and re-access MyVeeva for Patients from the confirmation email. MYVC-5236

Document Library - SiteVault Integration Site Staff When site staff share a document in MyVeeva that does not have a language specified in SiteVault, MyVeeva users can now view the document. This issue impacted only sites that allow documents to be created without a language. MYVC-5174
eConsent - Patient MyVeeva Users When your site updates your phone number and resends a consent form, MyVeeva for Patients now uses the new phone number for identity verification. MYVC-5087
Patient Signup & Login MyVeeva Users You can now log in after you use a non-supported browser on an Android device to register your MyVeeva account. MYVC-5205

Component Users Description Issue
Document Library - MyVeeva Users MyVeeva Users You can now view the Documents page when you're a guardian or proxy for a person who was created as a non-participant signatory before being assigned to a study as a participant. MYVC-5023
eConsent - SiteVault Integration Site Staff The system now records responses to questions on eConsent forms in SiteVault when a participant views a form but doesn't submit it until after a member of site staff updates it. MYVC-5070
Platform - Audit Trail If a participant was previously registered only as a non-participant signatory, the MyVeeva for Patients audit trail now records the actions that the participant completes. The additional signatory functionality was introduced in 21R3.0 on December 3, 2021, and this issue is unlikely to have affected current users. MYVC-5111
