Step Two: Send to Participant
- Navigate to the study participant record and open the View Details panel. Confirm the participant’s language and locale are correct, as these fields determine the translation specifics. Participants select their preferred language and locale in MyVeeva for Patients once they register an account. If the participant’s language is set to the correct language and the locale is blank, then the email is sent in English by default.
- Navigate to the study participant record and select Start Consent.
- Follow the prompts to select and send the translated form. You can filter for specific languages if the patient’s selected language isn’t available.
- Participant Action: The participant accesses the translated form via an invitation email or a notification.
- Participant Action: The participant selects View eConsent in the email or notification. MyVeeva for Patients is displayed in the locale-specific language set in their browser or device’s language preferences (if supported).
- Participant Action: The participant views and signs the translated eConsent form.
