The Send a Copy action allows sites to provide a signed copy of an Informed Consent Form (ICF) to any signatory, regardless of whether or not they signed the ICF. Using this feature should eliminate the need to download and send signed ICFs outside of SiteVault.
Send a Copy of A Signed ICF
Complete the steps below to send a copy of a signed ICF.
- Navigate to Studies
- Select the study.
- Select Consent Forms.
- Select the Document Action Menu (…) associated with the form to send.
- Select Send a Copy.
- Select from the signatory list to send to the signatory’s MyVeeva account.
- Signatory has an email address on file: Will receive a notification.
- Signatory does not have an email address on file: If they don’t have a MyVeeva for Patients account, you can give them an Activation Code.
- Select Confirm Selection.
