You can generate an Activation Code to allow a participant to log into the MyVeeva for Patients application. SiteVault will also provide a QR code to assist the user with downloading the MyVeeva for Patients app, if they have yet to do so.

1. Navigate to Studies.
2. Select the study.
3. Select the Participants tab.
4. Select Generate Activation Code or Generate New Code from the Actions menu (…).
5. Share the Activation Code (and QR code, if needed) with the participant.
6. Select Done.

The Start Consent process includes the option to generate Activation Codes for all possible signatories in a single step.
