Note If you cannot collect PII for a user, they cannot add another study to their existing account. They will need to complete the steps in the Registering Using an Activation Code section to register a new account.
Overview
If a participant has registered a MyVeeva for Patients account to participate in a study before, they do not need to register again. Use the workflow below to guide them on how to add a new study to their existing account.
The MyVeeva for Patients user must be logged in to the app before they can add a new study to their account.
Adding Another Study to an Existing Account
The user completes the steps below.

| 1 | Log in to your MyVeeva for Patients account. | See Logging in to MyVeeva for Patients for images. |
| 2 | On the Account page, select My Studies. |

| 3 | Select Activate New Study. |
|
| 4 | Enter the activation code you received from your study team. |
|
| 5 | Enter your year of birth, and select Next. |
|
| 6 | You can now select it from the My Studies list to view study information. |
