Edit a User's Research Organization Permissions

Who can complete this task?
  • Research Organization Administrators

In addition to site-level permissions, site users may also have permissions at the research organization level. Select the View Staff Details button from the user’s record to view or edit these permissions.

  1. Access the Administration > Staff tab.
  2. Select the record to update.
  3. Expand the Access & Permissions section.
  4. Select View Staff Details.
  5. Review the Research Organization Access & Permissions section for the user’s current System Role and Extended Permission assignments.
  6. To edit, select the All Actions menu (…).
  7. Select any needed changes to the user’s System Role and Extended Permissions (separate actions).
