Add a Monitor or External User to an Additional Site

Who can complete this task?
  • Administrators

When receiving access to a site, a Monitor or External User must also be assigned to at least one study.

  1. Access Administration > Monitors & External Users
  2. Select the record of the user to update.
  3. In the Access & Permissions section, select + Add Site Access.
  4. Select a site. Only those sites to which you have access and the Monitor or External User does not yet have access are displayed in the dropdown.
  5. Select Add Study.
  6. Select the appropriate study.
  7. Select Save.
  8. Optionally, complete the Scheduled Access Start and Scheduled Access End fields.
  9. Indicate if the user should have access to Restricted documents.
  10. Select Save to complete the process.
