Add a Monitor or External User to an Additional Study

Who can complete this task?
  • Administrators
  1. Navigate to the Studies tab.
  2. Select a study.
  3. Select Monitors & Auditors.
  4. Select + Add Monitor/Auditor.
  5. Complete the User field.
  6. Complete the Study Role field.
  7. Indicate if the user should have access to Restricted documents.
  8. Complete the Scheduled Access Start field if access starts on a date other than today. If not completed, the field is automatically populated with the assignment creation date.
  9. If applicable, complete the Schedule Access End field. If not completed, the field is automatically populated with the date the Monitor & Auditor Assignment becomes Inactive in SiteVault.
  10. Select Save to complete the process.
