SiteVault 25R1 Maintenance and Supplemental Releases

Maintenance releases fix issues that affect customers in production environments. This list documents only fixes to general releases, and the list of fixed issues is not finalized until just before the deployment. Supplemental releases provide occasional minor enhancements between general releases.

eConsent Site Internal User The system can now flexibly validate phone numbers when participants are signing eConsent forms. Previously, participants using tap-to-sign for eConsent sometimes did not receive multi-factor authentication codes if their phone number in SiteVault contained non-numeric characters, such as parentheses. Studies Site Admin Users can successfully archive studies that include documents with Japanese characters in date document fields. Previously, a conflict between date format and locale settings caused the archive action to fail. SITE-14540
Studies Site Admin When a study archival completes and has excluded one or more versions of a document that has a lifecycle that is no longer available to the document type, a notification is sent to the archive initiator. The notification lists the affected document versions. See Study Archive - Documents Excluded Due to Lifecycle for more information. SITE-14161
