MyVeeva for Patients Fixed Issues in 23R2

The issues below that affected previous versions or the pre-release are now fixed in this general release. See the MyVeeva for Patients Known Issues page for additional issues that staff and MyVeeva users may encounter.

eConsent - Editor Site Staff, Sponsor Staff Content is no longer reordered when site or sponsor staff drag and drop a content block a long distance in a section or between sections. MYVC-2934
eConsent - MyVeeva Users MyVeeva Users When MyVeeva for Patient users decline a document and wait 15 minutes to select Decline in the confirmation dialog box, an error message is displayed indicating that the session is timed out and the user must log in again. Previously, an error message indicated that the decision couldn't be submitted, users were asked to try again later, and users weren't redirected to the login page. MYVC-1507
eConsent - MyVeeva Users MyVeeva Users Guardians can now view previously submitted documents when the participant registers their account after the guardian submits them. MYVC-12184
eConsent - MyVeeva Users MyVeeva Users, Site Staff Form response records are now created as expected for participants in all instances. Previously, in rare cases when the SiteVault system went down after site staff sent an eConsent form to a participant, form response records were not created for the participant. MYVC-13577
eConsent - MyVeeva Users MyVeeva Users, Site Staff When a site staff member removes the phone number for a participant in SiteVault who is set up with phone number and email contact information and then resends the eConsent form, no email is sent. Previously, an email was sent with the removed phone number to be used for multifactor authentication. MYVC-14415
eConsent - Viewer MyVeeva Users, Site Staff, Sponsor Staff MyVeeva for Patient users can now download a PDF version of an unsigned eConsent form when a sponsor or site staff member creates the eConsent form template from a Microsoft Word document that contains images or videos in question or signature blocks and approve it for use without editing the form in the editor. eConsent - Viewer MyVeeva Users A signature is now required before the Submit button is available for selection in all cases. Previously, in rare instances, the Submit button was available before a MyVeeva user signed the document, and the user could not provide a signature. MYVC-15816
eConsent - Viewer MyVeeva Users, Site Staff, Sponsor Staff PDF versions of signed forms now display correct HTML styling and section and header numbering when site or sponsor staff members create an eConsent form template from a Microsoft Word document but don't edit or check in the document to Vault from the eConsent editor before approving it for use. ePRO - Patient Surveys MyVeeva Users Surveys created with an As Needed schedule for a specified number of minutes or hours are now available to patients based on the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) timezone. Previously, the surveys were made available based on the patient's timezone. MYVC-11246
ePRO - Patient Surveys MyVeeva Users Only currently-available surveys are displayed on the Tasks list in the MyVeeva for Patients Android app. Previously, past-due tasks were sometimes displayed on the list. MYVC-15572
ePRO - Reporting Site Staff When a site staff member exports audit trail data, the participant ID and participant global ID information are now included, and the format is updated. MYVC-15316
ePRO - Reporting Sponsor Staff FTP exports where the destination folder has a leading forward slash are now handled and the FTP export is sent as expected. MYVC-15253
ePRO - Reporting Sponsor Staff FTP exports are now sent as expected for non-US regions. MYVC-15252
ePRO - Reporting Site Staff The participant IDs set by site staff are now displayed in all electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO) and electronic clinician-reported outcome (eClinRO) survey audits. Previously, a system-identified value was displayed for the participant IDs in some places. MYVC-15103
ePRO - Reporting Site Staff Number entry responses are now displayed with the correct answer name for ePRO surveys. MYVC-15041
ePRO - SiteVault Integration Site Staff The Vault User ID is now displayed in the Vault Username column on the SiteVault audit export to indicate which user is responsible for triggering an action. Previously, nothing was displayed in the column. MYVC-14193
General UI MyVeeva Users MyVeeva users can now close the app after opening MyVeeva for Patients iOS app on an iPad and then not interacting with the iPad for 40 or more minutes. Previously, the app stopped responding, and the user had to force quit the application to reaccess the login page. MYVC-11225
Platform - Notifications MyVeeva Users When multiple urgent notifications are sent, they are now displayed separately in the device notification center for Android and iOS app push notifications. Previously, they were grouped. MYVC-13156
Platform - Notifications MyVeeva Users The notification bell is now displayed as expected at the top of the page on all devices that use the MyVeeva for Patients iOS app. Previously, it was not displayed on some iPad devices that were using iOS 15 releases. MYVC-14247
Platform - User Profile MyVeeva Users When a MyVeeva user's session times out in the MyVeeva for Patients iOS app and then they navigate to their account settings, the login page opens as expected. Previously, their account settings page was temporarily visible the first two times it was selected before the login page opened. MYVC-13872
