The issues below are now fixed. See the MyVeeva for Patients Known Issues page for additional issues that staff and MyVeeva users may still encounter.
Issue | Description |
MYVC-759 | When you attempt to edit a new blank ICF that already has a document date, you can now save to Vault and check in the ICF from the editor. Previously, the check-in message was continuously displayed and the document wasn’t saved to Vault or checked in. |
MYVC-1026 | When you or another user cancels your checkout and you attempt to save to Vault or check in the document from the editor, an error message is now displayed that indicates that your checkout was canceled. Previously, no error message was displayed and the Save to Vault and Check In buttons were still available. |
MYVC-1080 | If you paste then remove a code block that contains an inline frame from a text content block in the eConsent editor, the list and link toolbar buttons are no longer disabled. |
MYVC-1141 | When participants have multiple documents to complete for a study and view a document, the progress indicator in the heading now indicates what number document they are viewing out of the total they have to complete (for example, 2 of 2 if they’re viewing the last document). Previously, the progress indicator displayed how many documents they’d completed out of the total they had to complete (for example, 1 of 2 when they were viewing the last document). |
MYVC-1238 | When no saves are pending and you attempt to save to Vault from the eConsent editor, an error message is no longer displayed. Previously, your changes were saved to Vault but an error message may have been displayed that indicated that your changes couldn’t be saved due to other pending saves. |
MYVC-1131 | When participants are inactive in MyVeeva for Patients for 15 minutes or more and select the Log Out button, they are now redirected to the login page. Previously, their session was expired but the login page wasn’t displayed. |
MYVC-1135 | When you attempt to save to Vault or check in an ICF from the editor and a server error occurs, the error message now includes a link to return to Vault and attempt to log in. Previously, the error message didn’t include a link. |
MYVC-1378 | The patient-friendly title now has a character limit of 150 characters. Previously, when you attempted to send an eConsent form that had a patient-friendly title longer than 150 characters, the system may not have sent the eConsent form successfully. |
