The known issues below affect the SiteVault 25R1 Pre-Release. See the SiteVault Known Issues page for additional issues that users may encounter regardless of the current release.
Components | Description | Workaround | Planned Fix | Issue |
---|---|---|---|---|
Digital Delegation | On studies with Digital Delegation enabled, Admin users are able to remove users from the study when they are in the following states: Acceptance in Progress and Approval in Progress. The expected behavior is that an error explains why this action cannot be completed. This issue has been resolved in the 25R1 general release. | 25R1.0 | SITE-13059 | |
Documents | When a user cancels a study and then moves any approved profile documents to the superseded state, the associated site is removed from the profile document. | To avoid the site removal, move the profile documents to the Superseded state prior to cancelling the study. | TBD | SITE-12729 |
eConsent | During the Add Consent action, users can select Launch Editor and immediately select the Cancel button. While this action closes the editor, it launches again and the document is checked out. | TBD | SITE-12604 | |
eConsent | When attempting to edit a signatory for a participant that is not associated with a patient, changes cannot be completed. An error communicating the resolution is not presented to the user. This issue has been resolved in the 25R1 general release. | 25R1.0 | SITE-13039 | |
eConsent | When removing the data from a Signatory Date of Birth field, the user can complete the process, however the data remains in the Date of Birth field after saving. This issue has been resolved in the 25R1 general release. | 25R1.0 | SITE-13171 | |
eConsent | Users with browsers set to zoom at 150% or higher may lose button visibility on the form selection page of the Start Consent process. User operating system and screen settings can be a factor in this visibility concern. This issue has been resolved in the 25R1 general release. | Users can reduce their browser zoom setting to improve visibility. | 25R1.0 | SITE-13204 |
Study Archive | As part of the study archival process, notifications are issued if an archival fails. When the reason for failure is a document field missing information, the notification does not include the specific reason for the failure. This issue has been resolved in the 25R1 general release. | 25R1.0 | SITE-12928 | |
Study eBinder | In the Study eBinder, reclassified documents with multiple stacked versions do not display with their earlier versions or in the expected order | TBD | SITE-13198 | |
User Administration | When connected SiteVault and Site Connect users' email addresses are compared to identify possible matches, the checks are completed as case sensitive which can lead to missed matches. | 25R2.0 | SITE-13398 | |
User Administration | When inactivating an external user with access to studies both with and without Digital Delegation enabled, only the non-Digital Delegation study assignments are inactivated. This issue has been resolved in the 25R1 general release. | 25R1.0 | SITE-13103 | |
