SiteVault provides a compliant space for you to manage documents and grant external access to monitors for the purpose of conducting their review.

The following checklist reviews the monitoring preparation and process:

1. Initial SiteVault Set-up
   • Create staff accounts
2. Study Set-up
   • Add staff to study and change assignments to active
3. Manage Study Documents
   • Upload and finalize source documents
   • Upload and finalize study documents
   • Review shared Site Documents. Grant or revoke Monitor/External User access as needed.
4. Create the monitor/CRA user account and add them to the study
   • If needed, grant access to Restricted documents.
5. Review for open monitoring issue tasks
6. Ensure monitor/CRA has the following resources:
   • Login information
   • SiteVault help for monitors
   • Study eBinder quick reference card
   • Monitoring Process Flowchart
