- Administrators
Navigate to Administration > Responsibilities to view or edit your site’s master list of responsibilities. SiteVault provides 24 standard responsibilities and you can create custom responsibilities to meet your site or research organization needs.
When you enable Digital Delegation on a study, the master list of responsibilities becomes your study-specific list of responsibilities to delegate (Study Responsibilities). You can modify Study Responsibilities without affecting the research organization and site defaults on the master list.
Add Responsibilities to the Master List
Create custom responsibilities that can be available organization-wide, site-specific, or limited to a single study.
- Access Administration > Responsibilities.
- Select Create.
- Enter a name that clearly describes the responsibility.

- Make the needed updates.

Note: You can update the sharing level of a site-level Responsibility record to research organization-wide, but you’re unable to change a research organization-wide record to site-specific.
Delete Responsibility Records
You can delete custom Responsibility records that are not associated with a study-level responsibility.
- Access Administration > Responsibilities.
- Select the responsibility to update.
- Select the All Actions menu (…).
