The Finance tab is visible to all site users, but functionality is limited to SiteVaults enabled with CTMS and a study schedule in the Current state.
Once the negotiated study budget is entered and made current, finance tools are active to assist with tracking accrued fees, sponsor billing progress, and payment reconciliation.
