Who can complete this task?
- Administrators & Site Staff with the Patient & Participant Management Extended Permission
You can associate a new or existing patient profile with a new or existing study participant record.
Note Once a study participant is invited to use MyVeeva for Patients (such as when you send them an eConsent form or share a study document), you can’t associate the study participant with a different patient.
- Navigate to Studies.
- Select a study.
- Select Participants.
- Select a Participant.
- Select View Participant Details.
- Select + Link Patient.
- Select one of the following options:
- To associate the participant with an existing patient, select from the Browse Patients list and save.
- To associate the participant with a new patient, select Create New Patient.
- Complete the required and any additional fields to create the patient.
- Select Save.
