  • Monitoring Visit Log documents in a Current state
  • Participant Questionnaire documents in an Approved for Use state
  • Participant Screening Log documents in a Current state

Participants

For Participant records in an Active status that were created before February 12, 2021, you can now update the status to Candidate. This enables you to use the new lifecycle to track the end-to-end status of study participants. In addition, a Lifecycle Stages Chevron panel is now displayed at the top of Participant records so that you can quickly identify the status of a participant.

Veeva eConsent

Release Considerations Veeva eConsent is currently available to early adopters in SiteVault. If you’re interested in becoming an early adopter, contact Veeva support to learn more.

Declined eConsent Forms

Participants can now decline eConsent forms in MyVeeva for Patients. When they do so, the document’s Veeva eConsent status is updated to Patient Declined in SiteVault and a notification is sent to the approver.
