You can reuse documents in SiteVault by using the Make a Copy action. This can be useful if you need to make a copy of an approved template to check out and complete and reupload to SiteVault.
- Navigate to and open the document, then select Make a Copy from the document’s All Actions menu.
- Select whether to copy the document’s content or fields or both, then select Continue. Note that although you can enter a name for the document in the dialog box, SiteVault automatically names the document based on the document type.
- Optionally, update the document fields in the General section as needed.
- Select Save. The document is copied as a new 0.1 version of the original document.
