Update Your Profile Information

You can update or add profile information such as your name, location, time zone, and language. Note that if you update your language, certain features of SiteVault such as the Help tab are not translated.

Name, Location, Time Zone, and Language

VeevaID Users

  1. Access your profile in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Go to My VeevaID Account.
  3. Select the Edit button to update fields.
  4. Enter the updated information.
  5. Select Save.

SiteVault Enterprise Non-VeevaID Users

  1. Access your profile in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select the edit icon ({Edit}).
  3. Enter the updated information.
  4. Select Save.

Notifications and Email Preferences

  1. Access your profile in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select the edit icon ({Edit}).
  3. Select or deselect the checkboxes in the Notification and Email Preferences section.
    • Select the Every Occurrence checkbox for SiteVault to send you a notification or email for every event of that type.
    • Select the Summary checkbox for SiteVault to group events of that type into a single daily notification and email digest.
