Easily manage responsibilities and generate your delegation logs

Enable Digital Delegation

Who can complete this task?
  • Site Administrators
  1. Navigate to Studies.
  2. Select the study.
  3. Select View Details
  4. Set the Digital Delegation Log field to Enabled.

Once enabled, the following actions occur:

  • A Responsibilities tab is displayed that contains the list of standard and any custom responsibilities that have been added for your research organization or site.
  • For any study staff assigned to the study, a new Study Staff Delegations section is displayed on their Study Assignment page.
  • Study staff assignments are set to the Proposed state (except PI).

If Digital Delegation is disabled, the following actions occur:

  • The added sections are removed.
  • Any existing staff delegations are deleted.
  • Study staff assignments are set to the Proposed state (except PI).
