Getting Access
Your path to getting access to CTMS depends on your current SiteVault use:
- Free Version Customers: You’re all set! CTMS will automatically turn on for you on Tuesday, Jan 6th. No enablement is required.
- Enterprise Customers: Want to enable CTMS? Just reach out to your Site Success consultant, and they’ll walk you through the next steps.
- New Customers: Simply pick the CTMS app during sign-up. We’ll follow up with an email containing training links to get you started fast.

Who Should Attend:
Users responsible for building and managing the study schedule/calendar. While not required, all CTMS/Finance users would benefit from attending as this session provides the foundational context for all CTMS activity.

This session is the starting point for the entire series; all CTMS/Finance users would benefit from attending.
Session 2
Study Budgets
This 30-minute webinar will guide you through creating and managing the Study Budget in CTMS.
Who Should Attend:
Users responsible for building, managing, or overseeing study budgets.
Recommended:
Completing Session 1 (Study Schedules) first is highly recommended. The Study Schedules session provides foundational context that is helpful for understanding budget setup.
Session 3
Participant Visits
This 30-minute webinar will guide you through the process of tracking and managing participant visits in CTMS.
Who Should Attend:
Users responsible for logging, tracking, or managing participant visit data.
Recommended:
The previous sessions provide helpful context on how visits integrate with the overall CTMS workflow.
Session 4
Invoices and Payments
This 30-minute webinar will guide you through managing invoices, processing payments, and performing financial reporting in CTMS.
Who Should Attend:
Users responsible for financial tracking, invoice generation, payment reconciliation, or financial reporting.
