Overview
In CTMS-enabled SiteVaults, CTMS-specific add-on permissions are available in addition to the standard SiteVault role access. CTMS-specific permissions are available on site staff user accounts. Site Administrators have full access to all SiteVault activities and do not require add-on permissions.
CTMS-Specific Extended Permissions
Study Schedule Design & Management Extended Permission
The Study Schedule Design & Management Extended Permission grants site staff the ability to create study schedules for all studies, regardless of whether they are assigned to a particular study.
Financial Management Extended Permission
The Financial Management Extended Permission grants site staff the ability to create CTMS study budgets and manage financial information across all studies.
Users with this add-on can:
- Define study budgets
- Manage billable items
- Handle invoices and payments

The access below is specific to CTMS activity and is in addition to the access granted by the standard SiteVault system roles and permissions.
