You will receive standard email notifications for study-related activities. You may also receive email notifications about a participant’s activities if your study’s sponsor includes them. Some email notifications are not sent immediately. To reduce email volume, the system may group multiple alerts into a single digest email delivered at a scheduled time.
You will see the following participant-related notifications if your study sponsor uses them:
- When a participant completes a survey
- When a participant has yet to complete a survey that’s currently available to them
- When a participant misses a survey or multiple surveys
- When a participant submits certain answers or scores in a survey
