Overview
The following reports are available in the Study Details tab:
- Study Data Reports
- Survey Data: This report contains the current data for ePRO and eClinRO surveys. It also includes any scoring associated with a survey.
- Participant Events: This report contains each participant event along with the corresponding entered event datetime.
- Participant Groups: This report shows the current groups each participant is assigned to. The report is only available if the study has groups configured.
- Compliance: This report contains a record for every survey with its related compliance status.
- Data Changes: This report contains all data changes that were made after initial collection.
- Audit Trail Reports
- Site Non-Clinical Data: This report contains all the audited activities performed by site users and participants.
- Site Clinical Data: This report contains audited actions that involve creating, modifying, or removing clinical data.
- Criteria Check Reports
- [Custom Names]: Criteria check rule output reports are named based on the name of the criteria check event, and can be generated separately for each criteria check event. The report will contain data from each time a site user ran the criteria check.
Running Reports
Restricted Data May Be Hidden
If a survey contains restricted data and you do not have permission to view it, you cannot view or update that data.
Note Data from Training surveys will not be included in the Survey Data report.
- In the Study Details tab, select the type of report you want to run in the Reports section.
- If you want to include a .ZIP file of any attachments added to surveys for the Survey Data Report, select Include .ZIP file of Uploaded Media and Free Draw Images. If no attachments are available, a blank .ZIP file is generated.
- Select Run Report.
- When the report is finished running, download it to view it.
