If you have unviewed notifications, a circle is displayed beside the notification icon. Messages are automatically removed from the Notifications list after 90 days.
Viewing Notifications
Select the Notifications icon
at the top-right section of the page. The notifications are displayed.
Filtering Notifications
You can select Read or Unread from the list at the top of the Notifications window. If you want to edit the status for all of them at once, select the menu button (…) and select an option from the list.
Configuring Email Digests
By default, you receive a daily email digest at 9:00 AM site time containing a summary of missed and completed surveys. Complete the following steps to update the frequency or time:
- Select the Notifications icon .
- Select the Settings icon
. - In the Email Notification Digest section, select a Delivery Frequency of Daily, Weekly, or Custom, and select a Delivery Time.
- Select Save.
Reducing Email Notifications
To reduce the number of email notifications that are sent to you, complete the following steps:
- Select the Settings icon .
- Expand the Optional Settings section.
- Turn the Reduce Email Notifications toggle to On. This prevents some email notifications and digests from being sent.
