Study Plan provides a shared, collaborative space for sites and sponsors/CROs to agree on operational timelines, startup benchmarks, and enrollment targets. Both parties work from identical target definitions, clear visual performance indicators, and automated milestone tracking.
Draft Plan
While a plan is in Draft, sites and Sponsors/CROs can collaboratively populate plan values until mutual agreement is achieved.
Once a plan is agreed upon (finalized), the sponsor or CRO will populate the Actual data. Actual fields may populate in real time if the sponsor or CRO has connected their systems to the plan or there may be a delay if manual entry is required.
Final Plan
Actuals will populate as the study progresses from Sponsor/CRO entered data. As the study progresses, clear visial indictaors are present for sites to measure their progress against the agreed-upon targets.
