What is Site Connect?

Site Connect is an application that allows you to securely access and exchange trial information with Sponsors or CROs using Veeva technology. See Site Connect: Overview for more information.

Using this Guide

Use this guide to get started with Site Connect and familiarize yourself with our Help articles and navigation. Simply click the links in each step, read and follow the instructions, then click back to this page for your next step.

# Step Description
1 Log in to Site Connect

When your Sponsor or CRO has issued the study invitation, you will receive an email indicating that the Sponsor or CRO has added you to Site Connect for the Study.

Log in to Site Connect using the link in the email.

2 Complete Document Exchange Tasks

The Document Exchange tab provides a centralized place to access documents received from the Sponsor or CRO and to complete document requests. The connected Sponsor or CRO will receive a notification when tasks are completed.

  1. Navigate to the Document Exchange tab.
  2. Follow the instructions to complete the requested tasks.
3 Acknowledge Safety Distribution

If your Sponsor is utilizing Safety Distribution, you can easily review and acknowledge safety documents within Site Connect.

Navigate to the study’s Safety Distribution tab to review and acknowledge safety documents.

4 Add Additional Staff to Study

You can add additional staff as needed for the Study. New users will receive a study invitation email.

  1. Navigate to the Study Admin > Site Staff Access tab.
  2. Click the +Add button.
  3. Follow the instructions to add another site user to the study.
