At the end of the study, the sponsor can send end-of-study media packages to specific Investigators and Coordinators. These packages include relevant site data that was collected during the study. They meet regulatory requirements for data retention.
The assigned site users can download and then accept the end-of-study media in Veeve eCOA. The sponsor can close the study after you and all other sites download and accept the end-of-study media.
Complete the following steps to approve the end-of-study media:
- In the End-of-Study Media banner at the top of eCOA, select Download to download the .ZIP package to your computer.
- Review the files.
- Go back to eCOA and select Accept.
- Enter your eCOA login information to send your acceptance.
Note Only one user can accept the end-of-study media. However, others can still download the package to view it after it has been accepted.
