A sponsor may require study sites to use SiteVault and Veeva eConsent to exchange forms and manage the patient consent process. These are considered Connected Studies. This functionality creates a secure connection that simplifies study communication and collaboration. To initiate this connection, the sponsor will send you (through SiteVault) an invitation to connect their Veeva Clinical Vault with your SiteVault. Site Administrators will receive an eConsent Study Invitation task when a sponsor invites the site to connect on a study.

1. Navigate to Home.
2. Select Accept on the eConsent Study Acceptance task.
3. Review the details of the invitation.
4. Select Next.
5. Confirm the study details.
   • If you’ve already created this study and a connection exists with either Veeva eCOA or Site Connect, you can select it from the list as the study to connect.
6. Select Accept.
