Study Admin

Settings

The Settings tab allows Study Admin users to configure specific settings on Site Connect. Click the pencil icon to edit the following settings:

  • Connected for this Study: Check this option to connect your Study Site to SiteVault. You are then prompted to enter your associated USN (Universal Site Number). You can only uncheck this option to disconnect your Study Site if you are the Site user associated with the USN.
  • Allow Sponsor/CRO to exchange documents directly with SiteVault: Allows Sponsor and CRO users to use Document Exchange and Safety Distribution to exchange documents with the connected SiteVault.
  • Enable auto-filing to SiteVault (Safety Distribution & End-of-Study Media): Safety and End-of-Study media documents are automatically filed to the connected SiteVault upon receipt.
  • Enable Upload file when Connected: Displays the Upload option in the Upload Document dialog when SiteVault is connected. Disable this field to hide the Upload option if you only want users to upload SiteVault documents.

Click Save to confirm your changes once you are done editing.
