The following list details the process Site users must follow when receiving a Site Connect Study Invitation:

• Sponsors or CROs first adds users to Site Connect for a Study.
• Site users receive the Study Invitation email.
  • If the Site user does not have a VeevaID, they can click Complete VeevaID Registration in the email body to create a VeevaID and log in.
  • If they have a VeevaID, they can click Log in to Site Connect with VeevaID to log in using their VeevaID.
• Site users enter their password and two-factor authentication code to complete the login process.
• Once logged in, Vault displays the Site Connect > Site Home tab.
