When Sites receive an End-of-Study Media (EOSM) document in Site Connect, Vault stores a link to the document in Site Connect > Site Home > End of Study Media.

Documents marked as Restricted (unblinded) are visible to users who have been granted access to Restricted documents in Site Connect. For more information on Restricted documents and their permissions, see Restricted Documents.

To download an EOSM document you received:

1. Locate the document in the grid within the End-of-Study Media section.
2. Click Download to complete the process.

To bulk download EOSM documents you received:

1. Select the checkbox next to each document’s name that you want to download.
2. Select the ellipses icon (…) in the upper-right corner of the End-of-Study Media grid.
3. Select Download.
4. Click Confirm in the Download Documents dialog. Vault sends you an email notification once the download is complete.
