In some cases, documents may fail to upload. Upload failures that occur before the actual upload attempt launch a dialog that prompts you to try again. If the upload failure occurs during the actual upload process, Vault sends an email to the Site with a consolidated list (organized by Study) of all upload failures. Vault does not display the upload failures in the Sent Documents view.
