eSign Document to Complete

You can provide an eSignature on documents with an Upload & Return action directly from the Document Actions table. This is an available option for completing the Upload & Return action but will not be assigned to you as a task.

  1. Click the eSign document to complete button in the document’s row to open the Site Connect document viewer. This action initiates an eSignature workflow and assigns you the eSignature task.
  2. Click Complete in the document viewer to sign the document.

If an eSignature workflow started by another user is already active on the document, you can cancel the active workflow and start a new one to sign the document.

If you upload a document to the Update & Return action, the eSign button will no longer be available.
