Meet the Team

Suzanne Nicholl
Suzanne Nicholl

Suzanne has worked in the clinical research space for over 20 years. She started her career at the bench, investigating therapeutic solutions for cardiovascular disease, then transitioned to trial management, where she worked with large therapeutic-specific networks for both the drug and device industries. Before Veeva, Suzanne spent seven years at a software and services company dedicated to providing research sites with a full suite of integrated software solutions. A commitment to providing a connected clinical research ecosystem - encompassing sponsors, CROs, and sites - is what attracted her to Veeva. Her goal is to ensure that sites work safer, smarter, and faster, so they can focus on what’s most important: taking care of patients.

Clara Dux
Clara Dux

Clara is passionate about fostering relationships and providing best-in-class technology to clinical research sites. Formerly, as an Operations Manager at a 100+ site management organization, she worked closely with sites to implement technology to manage studies. She believes that building relationships and understanding problems are the keys to successfully navigating changes in clinical research. A Veeva, Clara partners with research sites to help them navigate change and enable their long-term success with SiteVault.

Dylan Berger
Dylan Berger

Before Veeva, Dylan worked in federal healthcare consulting where he assisted the Veterans Health Administration in improving their women’s health programs across the country. This experience taught him the importance of getting top-down/bottom-up support to ensure that systemic change is implemented and sustained. Dylan also worked in clinical research both as a research coordinator and study initiation specialist at a community hospital and academic medical center, respectively. He is passionate about connecting with customers to better learn their needs and support them during their adoption of Veeva SiteVault Enterprise.

Shahreen Elahi
Shahreen Elahi

Before joining Veeva, Shahreen was a clinical researcher at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA), where she managed studies that focused on sports medicine injuries and conditions. As she learned about the lifecycle of clinical studies and interacted with patients regularly, her interest in increasing the efficiency of research processes grew. Shahreen believes that technology is critical to reducing administrative burden and optimizing site operations. She focuses on helping sites use Veeva SiteVault to improve their processes.

Savannah Erickson
Savannah Erickson

Before Veeva, Savannah was a clinical research coordinator at two different sites in the Atlanta area. The studies she coordinated were in the CNS area. Her favorite indications to work with were Parkinson’s Disease and adolescent ADHD. As the Product Trainer, Savannah develops the training curriculum for sites to help them get started with SiteVault and use it effectively. She sees firsthand how SiteVault makes coordinating life much easier and is excited to support the long-term success of sites.

Nicole Weisner
Nicole Weisner

Nicole enjoys working with sites as they transition to and grow with SiteVault. She began her career at a contract research organization, where she acted as a startup specialist working to guide sites through all aspects of study startup. Throughout this experience, Nicole gained an appreciation for the fast-paced environment and complex responsibilities of sites. She then began working in training and development where she trained the site activation team and contributed to technology-focused, process-improvement initiatives. Nicole understands the benefit of technology in clinical research and is eager to advocate and support sites through their SiteVault journey.

Grace Newville
Grace Newville

As a former clinical research coordinator, Grace gained a firsthand understanding of clinical research roles and operations. Over time, she became more interested in learning how technology can save time and ultimately help sites run more smoothly. At Veeva, Grace partners with sites to gather feedback, share best practices, and expedite business processes.

Xuan Huo
Xuan Huo

Xuan has worked in the area of clinical trials for eight years. She started her career as a clinical data manager, giving her a firsthand understanding of site and sponsor operations. She has provided IT solutions and clinical study plans for many large-scale, global studies. Based out of Tokyo and fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English, Xuan is currently establishing a multinational team to build relationships and closely communicate with sites across Asia. She believes that great products, effective communication, and customer service are the keys to success and is excited to connect with sites to understand their needs and work toward the best solutions together.

Sara Darko
Sara Darko

Before joining Veeva, Sara worked as a Clinical Research Assistant in a hospital setting, where she led several clinical trials in orthopedic surgery, oncology, and medical imaging. During this time, she became passionate about using technology to improve clinical research processes and support site operations. As a Site Success Manager at Veeva, Sara partners with sites to understand their needs and provide guidance to improve clinical trial operations using Veeva SiteVault. Sara has a Master's in Health Informatics.

Nina Yoo
Nina Yoo

With over ten years of experience in clinical research, Nina brings a wealth of knowledge to our research site customers. Nina's career began as a coordinator at a university hospital, where she managed medical device studies. Nina then moved to a global pharmaceutical company, where she led several clinical trials in oncology and dermatology. At Veeva, Nina partners with research sites during onboarding and adoption to support their long-term success with SiteVault.
