Meet the Team

Michelle Vredberg
Michelle Vredberg

Michelle has spent the last 17 years working in life sciences technology in a customer-facing capacity. She spent nine years as a consultant understanding the challenges in the industry and implementing solutions to create successful, happy customers. She then transitioned to customer success and spent the last eight years building Veeva’s Customer Success organization, which works to ensure that customers are successful and getting the most value out of the Veeva products they are using. She is focused on building a great team and ensuring sites have a great experience with SiteVault.

Suzanne Nicholl
Suzanne Nicholl

Suzanne has worked in the clinical research space for over 20 years. She started her career at the bench, investigating therapeutic solutions for cardiovascular disease, then transitioned to trial management, where she worked with large therapeutic-specific networks for both the drug and device industries. Before Veeva, Suzanne spent seven years at a software and services company dedicated to providing research sites with a full suite of integrated software solutions. A commitment to providing a connected clinical research ecosystem - encompassing sponsors, CROs, and sites - is what attracted her to Veeva. Her goal - ensuring sites work safer, smarter, and faster, so they can focus on what’s most important: taking care of patients.

Clara Dux
Clara Dux

Clara is excited to connect with sites on SiteVault Free as a Site Success Manager at Veeva. In Clara’s previous work as an Operations Manager at a 100+ Site Management Organization, she worked closely with sites to implement technology to manage studies. Building relationships and understanding problems are the keys to successful, effective solutions in the always-changing clinical research industry. Clara is excited to share Veeva’s vision with sites and implement site feedback to build a product FOR sites informed by sites.

Dylan Berger
Dylan Berger

Before Veeva, Dylan worked in federal healthcare consulting, where he assisted the Veterans Health Administration in improving their women’s health programs across the country. This experience taught him the importance of getting top-down/bottom-up support to ensure that systemic change is implemented and sustained. Before consulting, Dylan worked in clinical research both as a research coordinator and study initiation specialist at a community hospital and academic medical center, respectively. He is passionate about genuinely connecting with customers to better learn their needs.

Shahreen Elahi
Shahreen Elahi

Before joining Veeva as a Site Success Manager, Shahreen was a clinical researcher at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA), where she managed studies that focused on sports medicine injuries and conditions. While at CHOA, Shahreen loved learning about the lifecycle of clinical studies and interacting with patients regularly; however, her interest in increasing the efficiency of research processes grew. Technology plays such a pivotal role in solving many of the problems that research sites face today, and she is excited to ensure that SiteVault Free will combat these challenges.

Savannah Erickson

Before working as the SiteVault Product Trainer at Veeva, Savannah was a clinical research coordinator at two different sites in the Atlanta area. The studies she coordinated were in the CNS area. Her favorite indications to work with were Parkinson’s Disease and adolescent ADHD. As the Product Trainer, Savannah develops the training curriculum for sites to help them get started with SiteVault and use it effectively. She is excited about the future of SiteVault Free and how it will make coordinating life so much easier!
