Switching between Vaults and Studies

Logging in Using Veeva ID

Log in to Veeva ID. If you have access to multiple sponsor systems, you will see them all on the My Systems page. Select ePRO for the sponsor running the study you want to work on.

Note: Veeva recommends using the Veeva ID to simplify login for all of your sponsor systems.

Switching Between Sponsor Systems

If you are working on studies for multiple sponsors, once you are logged in, complete the following steps to switch between Veeva ePRO systems:

  1. Select your user profile icon. Your user profile opens in a new tab. {The part of the page where the user profile icon is displayed, with the icon outlined.}
  2. Use the vault switch list at the top of the page to select the Vault you want to see. {Example of a Sponsor Selection dropdown list on the banner bar of a user’s profile page}

Switching Between Studies

If you have access to more than one study for the same sponsor, a list is displayed next to the ePRO logo at the top of the page. To switch between studies, select the study you want to interact with from the list.
