VeevaID is an identity provider system that allows you to use a single login for all Veeva applications. Many Site users already use VeevaID to access Veeva SiteVault, Veeva Study Training, and Veeva RTSM.

• Throughout 2025, Site Users who access Veeva EDC will transition to using VeevaID to log in.
• This transition will occur for different sponsors who use Veeva EDC at different times during the year.
• Keep your eyes out for separate communications for each sponsor you work with.
• Your VeevaID Username is your email address.

Here’s What to Expect

1. For each sponsor you work with who uses Veeva EDC, you will receive an email notification when your access is converted to using your VeevaID for that sponsor’s EDC studies.
2. From that point forward, use your VeevaID username (your email address) and password to access that sponsor’s EDC studies.
3. If you don’t know your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it.
