Updating the Biometric/Security Preferences
Users on iOS devices can log in using Face ID and users on Android devices can use the Biometric login. This type of log in enables users to sign in and sign forms using the face scan or fingerprint they have set up on their device. Users are prompted to set it up the first time they log in using the mobile app, but can also turn it on later.
Note If biometric login is enabled, it only works on the device on which the user initially enabled it. If the user uses a different device, biometric login will not work until enabled on the new device.
