# Resend VeevaID Registration

Administrators can resend a VeevaID registration email to users who have an account, but have not yet logged into SiteVault.

Complete the following steps to resend a VeevaID registration email:

1. Access **Administration** \> **Staff** or **Monitors & External Users**.
2. Select the record to update.
3. Select **View Staff Details**.
4. Select the **Actions menu (…)**.
5. Select **Resend VeevaID Registration** from the All Actions menu. A banner message confirms that the action is complete.
