The following user permissions apply to the Site eBinder:

• External users cannot access the Site eBinder; however, individual documents can be shared with Monitors/External users. When shared, documents are shared with all monitors or external users at the site. For more information, see Site Document Access for Monitors and External Users.
• Documents cannot be uploaded in the Research Organization context.
• Admin and Staff users can upload to the Site eBinder
• Only Admin users can upload or view draft versions of Policy Memo, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instruction document types.
