# Initiate Workflows after Upload

You can initiate the Review, eSignature, and Read and Understand workflows from the Document Actions menu. These options are available based on the document type and status.

1. Locate the document in the eBinder.
2. Select the **Document Actions** menu (…) to the right of the document name.
3. Select the appropriate workflow.
4. Complete the required fields in the **Start Workflow** dialogue.
5. Select **Start** to begin the workflow.
