Your path to getting access to CTMS depends on your current SiteVault use:

- **Free Version Customers:** You’re all set! CTMS is automatically available to you in SiteVault; no enablement is required.
- **Enterprise Customers:** Want to enable CTMS? Just reach out to your [Site Success](/gr/sitevault/getting-started/site-success/) consultant, and they’ll walk you through the next steps.
- **New Customers:** Simply pick the CTMS app during [sign-up](/gr/sitevault/getting-started/sign-up/). We’ll follow up with an email containing training links to get you started fast.

This session is the starting point for the entire series; all CTMS/Finance users would benefit from attending.

#### Visit and Financial Management

This 1-hour webinar guides you through managing participant visits, invoices, payments, and reporting. This content is likely your **WHY** for implementing CTMS; attend to see how to complete the study cycle through to getting paid.

Who Should Attend:

- Users responsible for logging participant visit data
- Users responsible for financial tracking, invoice generation, payment reconciliation, or financial reporting.

Recommended:

Completing _Session 1_ first is highly recommended as it provides foundational context on how visits integrate with the overall CTMS workflow and budget setup.
