Your path to enabling CTMS depends on your current SiteVault use:
SiteVault Free Customers
CTMS functionality is planned to be automatically enabled in all SiteVault Free environments on Tuesday, January 6th. No action is needed to activate the application. To determine your next steps, review the Plan Before you Click and Get Started with CTMS help articles.
SiteVault Enterprise Customers
If you are interested in enabling CTMS, please reach out directly to your dedicated Site Success consultant. They will discuss the necessary next steps and timeline with you.
New SiteVault Customers
During the sign-up process, you will be asked to indicate which application you are interested in using. Following sign-up, you will receive an email with targeted training links to help you get started right away. While you await those next steps, you can review the Plan Before you Click and Get Started with CTMS help articles.
